Good Goliath 2011
Rework by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson, of 37 Signals, was one of the best business books I read in 2010. Rework encourages a spirit of action and challenges us to look at old processes that waste time and productivity. It’s a book for entrepreneurs that defines them as, “starters”. The authors conclude with, “Inspiration is perishable, it’s a now thing. If it grabs you, grab it right back and put it to work.”
At Good Goliath we are committed to helping our clients put their inspiration to work. Our clients are great at what they do, experts in their industries. We help them tell their stories and build their online presence. We develop programs based on objectives and we measure and optimize along the way. Our client’s success is our success.
We have a great team of marketing professionals who know how to get results. Please visit our team page and get to know us. I am grateful to be working with such talented and creative people. It is my privilege to be once again working with Mindy Klement. Mindy is an outstanding account manager who sees the big picture and doesn’t miss important details. Mindy has helped big brands develop online communities and has lead many customer acquisition and demand generation programs. She currently co-produces strategic plans with me and runs the Search Engine Marketing program for the Business Bank of Texas, N.A. It’s great to be working together again. For more background on Mindy please see her website .
Mindy and I will be leading a RISE Austin session in March titled “Social Media isn’t Free”. We will be helping small business owners learn to develop social media strategy and budget resources to support these programs. Please look for event details soon. 2011 has gotten off to a great start and I am excited about helping our clients bring their message to market.
